About New Horizons


New Horizons provides domestic violence services, including a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, community education, and court advocacy, to the residents of Middlesex County.

New Horizons is a CHC program and CHC is a FQHC that receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
